Does Birth Control Grow on Trees?

Jason Peters says it does.

I never know what sort of student protest or demonstration I’ll see when I get to campus in the morning. Today I was greeted by a tree from which dangled various contraceptives, both mechanical and pharmaceutical. Affixed to the trunk of the tree was a sign: “Birth Control Doesn’t Grow on Trees!”

Actually it does, and unless a certain segment of the population stops going wee-wee altogether, it’s going to continue to do so. As long as there are going to be traces of hormonal birth control in our ground water, and as long as trees are going to send their roots abroad in search of it, birth control is going to grow on trees. We are apparently even feminizing our fish.
